Fitness is an Uphill Battle...BUT one YOU CAN WIN!!
The New Year....we all look forward to it, most of us to spend the night before out with friends, partying and counting down the last few seconds of the year. Quite a few of us make New Years Resolutions to be healthier, fitter, and happier. And businesses exploit that desire and rack in tons of money in January. But now it is March....and while the fitness clubs and gyms are packed in January and February, and the fitness companies are making money hand over fist...all of that has settled down. What I have learned is that you have to want to really do it for yourself. Not because it is New Years and you need a resolution. Not because all your friends are doing it......but keep those friends in mind to be your workout buddy. Do it because you want to be healthier. Do it because you want to be fitter.
